Content Objectives: SWBAT list & explain the significant events that led up to the "new" government

Language Objectives: SW read about the significant events and create a written timeline with them

1. We worked on timelines again today (5-10 minutes of Monday's class time will be devoted to finishing them so if more time is needed, it is recommended that the students take them home to work on them)

Students should have their assigned books by now and are reading at least 3 hours a week (calendars to record their reading have been handed out----reading time documented is worth 150 points of book report)
Book reports will be presented Tuesday October 19
